Art On The Water - Change of Command gift guidelines

Nautical chart paintings make the perfect COC (Change-of-Command) gift or retirement gift for any military personnel.

The vessel (or builiding) of choice is hand-painted onto a chart of the geographical area of relevance to the vessel's service or origin. Crests, command pins, or sevice emblems may also be painted as an additional element on the chart.

*Due to Ethics Guidelines for monetary limits for gifts, please specify if you are currently enlisted and are purchasing for a COC or retirement gift.

**Shipping and handling costs are in addition to limit guidelines, and may be paid from separate sources.

*Note when ordering: PLEASE inform when the COC ceremony will be held to determine if your request can be met, and to ensure timely delivery.

Art On The Water's studio is in Michigan. Orders can take a week to reach the west coast via regular ground shipping. Overseas shipping requiring an APO/FPO will need additional time. If rush shipping is required, charges will apply accordingly.
